Our History

BIO started offering network services in late 2003 to enterprise clients addressing the market requirement for more flexible and dependable resourcing services, to provide highly qualified technical and operational networking staff.

BIO’s origins stem from medium & large enterprise clients and also major UK based service suppliers and integrators, which gives BIO the advantage of a 360 degree view over the balance of client needs versus the maturity of solutions to meet them. BIO leveraged this opportunity both by providing supplementary solutions to service suppliers to help them cost-effectively deliver more client value, and also by providing services directly to end clients.

The nature of our engagements means we have quickly established strong, trusted relations with our customers which, because of our independence and real-world experience, has allowed us to proactively develop our solutions and services in partnership with customers to increase the scope and value of what we do for them. Out of this we have developed the BIO lifecycle model which recognises how we assist our clients at any stage of their business helping our clients deliver high quality services and realise maximum value from their network investment.

BIO’s business model today offers a unique mix of consultancy and professional services.  Firstly, BIO advises suppliers and users of communications infrastructure on the most practical approaches to realise business outcomes. Secondly, BIO provides a raft of supplementary technical and operational services to help them execute it.
